How to use the Secret law of attraction

If you have seen the move “the Secret” or read the book you know that the information Rhonda Byrne provides is a jewel. Yet a lot of people won’t find the desired results when they practice the teachings, why? The problem arises when people try to keep constantly smiling and denying their true feelings, this is as dangerous as medieval chastity. Repressed feelings mount up and literally explode at the slightest provocation, this can lead to madness or violent reactions.

Recent studies now demonstrate that people who bottle their emotions live shorter lives than those who express anger.

Many may get the wrong idea when they see the movie “the secret the law of attraction” and simply try to 'be happy all the time' , a goal which is quite impossible to accomplish in the world we live in, their efforts will become more and more frustrating to them- adding to their repressed feeling and making them think they are doing something wrong.

It is possible to suppress a feeling or two, like when someone says a nasty remark you may only need to relax a bit for that; but you must pay attention to what you are truly feeling and know when to blow some steam. Yup, scream, swear, have a nasty attitude can help to actually reduce your stress levels. The art here is to get rid of your anger as quickly as possible and only then, smile till your cheeks hurt! Many techniques to accomplish this are very old, ancient Aztecs talked about the '400 rabbits' which can be translated as the ‘countless passions or feelings’; they believed that only after living and experiencing the ‘400 rabbits’ would a person be complete. Each 'rabbit' or passion had not only a personality but a physical embodiment. This is a great difference from the west where rage, anger, envy, etc. are usually considered ‘evil’ and unacceptable feelings.

Ancient Aztecs had an exercise where people would ‘be true to their own hearts’, this means they made a commitment to master their feelings as part of their daily chores. You can do the same exercise by letting ‘the rabbit’ engulf you, let it in and feel with intensity, you will be drained and your humor levels can then raise quickly.

Just as the secret is based on wisdom that is thousands of years old, ancient knowledge in America can help us understand unanswered questions and help us see the world through a different light.
Keep believing in the secret, but don't stop there. Learn, read more books and shine as bright as you can!

How to get rid of unwanted emotions:
Write about them-
Just take a pen and paper and say all you feel, don’t hold back, say everything, even it it is not nice, even if it’s nasty, just get it all out of your system! Once you are through, burn the paper.

Run or get a punching bag-
When you get your body tired, all that negative emotion is consumed to boost your body, when you are finished you’ll feel relaxed and you’ll see the situations with a better perspective.

Paint-
Yes, painting is very relaxing.

Scream-
This will sound silly but screaming your lungs out is very liberating.
