There was an artistic mexicanidad movement in the '50, with Diego Rivera and Frida Khalo, they expressed admiration in our mother cultures. One way or another, the concepts talk about the past in Ancient Mexico. Inherited the Toltecayotl, the art of being Toltec, mexicanidad is a discipline that searches answers in the past that modern life is unable to answer, questions searching to form a nation that remembers the old promises and that retakes its path. It wants to apiece the uneasiness of being "mestizos" (half Indian, half Spaniards) and to communicate with the land in which we live, as we have lost the ability to listen to her.
